Izmir Pasaport Marina Project
Construction of a marina of ~ 400-yacht capacity in the coast, and a yacht club with social facilities and an exhibition area on the floating platform.
Scope of the Project:
- 370m of additional floating breakwater manufacture,
- Manufacture and installation of 1009m concrete floating dock,
- About the buildings on the passport dock which are still being used by various government agencies; the building on the edge of the dock will be a boutique hotel while the building on the land side of the end of the dock will be renovated as a marina service building.
